1. What are the payment options available on Tech4you Store?

Tech4You Store provides you a multiple payment options like COD (cash on delivery), Credit Cards / Debit Cards / ATM Cards, Net banking, Mobile Payments,Wallets & UPI.

2. What is Cash on Delivery?

Tech4You Store offers COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option for your orders without the need of an advance payment, That Means you can pay for your order by cash once it reach to your door step (available in selected pin codes & products).

3. Why COD option is not available on my checkout page?

If you do not see a COD (Cash on Delivery) option on your checkout page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your order value may over Rs. 10,000/-.
  • Our courier partners may not support the COD (Cash on Delivery) option for your delivery address pin code.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) option is not available on some products.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms & Conditions?

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) option is not available on some products and in some locations (pin codes) due to some courier policies.
  • Please see the label of COD availability in the product page for COD (Cash on Delivery) option.
  • To see COD options availability in your location please click on Calculate Shipping option in the Checkout page.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges of rs 20 to 50 will be applicable upon your delivery location.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is only available for order value under Rs. 10,000/-.
  • Payment will be accepted by cash (Indian Currency) only.
  • No Credit/Debit/ATM Cards will be accepted for the payment of COD (Cash on Delivery).
  • The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
  • Please handover the only amount which is printed on the invoice to courier person. (Shipping Charges are included in the amount mentioned on the Invoice).

5. How do i use COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option for my order?

All the products which have COD Label on the particular product page are eligible for COD (Cash on Delivery).

Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. Choose a payment option, select “Cash on Delivery” once order will be successfully placed you will get an order verification call from the Tech4You Team.

Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

  • The maximum order value for COD is 10,000rs.

6. How do i pay using my Credit Card/ Debit Card/ ATM Card for my purchases?

For the payment by using your Credit/Debit/ATM card at checkout, You need to choose payment option of Credit Cards / Debit Cards / ATM Cards, Net banking, Mobile Payments,Wallets & UPI. you will need to mention your card number, expiry date, card holder name and three-digit CVV number (mentioned on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the password or OTP. Your order will be placed after successful payment.

7. How do i pay using Wallets money for my purchases?

Yes you can pay for your order purchased from Tech4you Store. For the payment by using your wallets at checkout, you need to choose Payment Option of Credit Cards / Debit Cards / ATM Cards, Net banking, Mobile Payments,Wallets & UPI. you will need to select the preferred wallet from the wallets options. Mention your wallet details and pay the amount. Your order will be placed after successful payment.

You can also pay for your orders by Scanning our Paytm QR Code. (Click Pay with Paytm QR at checkout)

8. Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit/ATM card for payments?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your Credit/Debit/ATM card for the online payment transaction on www.tech4youstore.com

Yes Tech4You Store gives you the option of using your bank’s Internet Banking/Net Banking service to make a payment for your order. 10. What are the delivery charges?

Tech4You Store offers you free shipping if the order value is Rs 699* or more (For Zone A Mumbai) & Rs 1999* or more (For Zone B , Zone D & Zone E) if the order value is less than above rates you will be charged for delivery.

Minimum cart value for free shipping is vary for location, courier serviceability or a product in cart. 

  • Your all products in the order will be delivered on the same day and charged only single shipping cost.
  • Delivery charge varies with the Location, Delivery Time, Weight & Package Dimensions.

11. Why my delivery of order is delayed by 1 or 2 days from the estimated time given by the Tech4You Store?

We always ship the orders within the estimated time given to customers. But It happens when our courier partners have a holiday between your order placement date and the estimated date of delivery given by the Tech4You Store.

13. How can I calculate the shipping charges?

If you have already registered on Tech4You Store website and filled all the details of your address and pincode then your shipping rates will be auto calculated on the Cart page.And if you are not registered on Tech4You Store website and you want to calculate the shipping charges for your desired delivery location please follow the below steps.

1 – add the desired products in the Cart

2 – Go to Cart

3 – Click on the Calculate Shipping

4 – Choose your Country, State from the Dropdowns

5 – Mention your Pincode/Postcode/Zipcode in the Box

6 – Click on the Update totals button

7 – Select one of the shipping options available on the page to complete your order.

Note – You Can also check shipping charges by clicking the Calculate Shipping button available on every product page.

14. Why after calculating shipping I am getting this massage – (There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help)?

You are facing this error because we are currently not shipping our products to this location. You can contact our customer service & ask for special delivery options for the particular location. (Extra charges will be applicable for shipping)

15. Why COD (Cash on Delivery) option is not available in my location?

COD option is not available in some locations due to our courier partner’s policy for particular location which they serve or they don’t provide COD collection services in some locations. In this case you can place the order by paying from your Credit/Debit/ATM cards, Netbanking, Wallet’s, Mobile payments, UPI.

16. Does Tech4You Store deliver internationally?

Yes we deliver internationally by charging additional international shipping cost on the order.

17. How do i track my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking “Track Order” button on the home page.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us and we will do everything possible to track your package.

If you are not able to find your order in “My account” may be it is possible because you have not completed the checkout process. Please check the cart again if your items are still in your cart. If yes please complete the order again. If you are not able to find your product you have selected in My Account or in your Cart, it’s possible that you may have placed the order using a different email id account.

  • We will timely update you about your order status via Email / SMS.

18. How will i come to know about my order confirmation?

Once your order is confirmed on Tech4You Store we will send you an email/SMS with the order receipt. You can also check order confirmation and order status from My account page.

19. What is the meaning of different statuses for Orders? (Order Status)

The different statuses for order are:

  • Processing: Your order is placed and confirmed.
  • Packaged: Your item has been packed and ready to ship.
  • Shipped: Your item has been shipped.
  • DELIVERED: Your item has been delivered.
  • CANCELLED: Your order has been cancelled.
  • RETURNED: You have returned your item and received refund.
  • REPLACED: Your replacement request is complete.
  • COURIER RETURNED: The item is returned to Tech4You Store by the courier as undelivered.
  • Pending Payment – Payment of the order is pending
  • On Hold – Your Order is kept on hold due to pending payments/product unavailability.
  • REFUNDED – Your order amount has been refunded.
  • Failed – Your order is failed.

20. What about the packaging?

We ensure that your products are delivered on time & in good quality packaging. We always pack the products in appropriate-sized packaging to reaches you in undamaged condition.

21. How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can change the delivery address only before the Packaged status on your order page by calling the Tech4You Store customer service or dropping us an email for changing the address.

22. Can I open and check the package before accepting delivery?

The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made. If you find any issue after opening the package please Contact us.

23. My package was not sealed or packaged properly?

We deliver your products in good quality packaging to ensure it reaches you undamaged. If you find the package is unsealed or damaged before receiving the delivery please reject the parcel. We will reship the product or refund your money. Please call our customer service for more information.

24. How can i pick up my product from Tech4You Store?

Tech4You Store offers you a convenient way to get your product by receiving it directly from our Tech4You Store. Once you order is placed you can visit our Tech4You store to collect your product without paying and delivery charges. Visit our Contact us page to find the Tech4You Store (Pickup store) address.

Instead of delivering a package to your home or business address, you can directly visit our Tech4You store as per your convenient time between 9.00am to 9.00pm after 2 business days from the date of order placement to collect your order.

We will Email/SMS you once the product is ready with us in Tech4You Store.

*Please show the order invoice to store manager before receiving the product.

25. What if my product is delivered at the wrong address?

If you discover that the Courier Company has delivered your package to the wrong address, you should immediately contact us by dropping us an email on Info@tech4youstore.com  or calling our customer care team. We will follow up with the courier partner and notify you at the earliest possible.

26. What should i do to get my product delivery faster?

To get your product delivery faster you will need to choose a faster delivery options available on your pincode.

Add your products to the cart, Go to your cart & press the calculate shipping button > mention the country > state > pincode. It will show you all the possible delivery options on the particular pincode. It also shows the shipping cost with number of days will take to deliver the product. Select the preferred shipping option and place the order.

27. What should i do if some part or item is missing from the order?

If any part or  item is missing from a set or combo from your order placed, please contact our customer care service or email us on info@tech4youstore.com . We will surly help you to resolve the issue.

28. What if I will not be present at the time of delivery?

If you missed the delivery of your order, don’t worry we will contact you to check when you are available to accept the delivery.

(only 2nd attempt will be tried to deliver the order as per the confirmation of availability from customer, if customer is not available on the same day also the order will be cancelled automatically and refund will be generated in case of  prepaid orders.)

29. Can i schedule my order delivery as per my availability?

This service is available in mumbai circle only. you can schedule you order delivery as per your availability at the provided address. We will call you 1 day before the delivery to check your availability and accordingly will schedule the delivery day and time. If you miss the call please contact our customer support.

If you are looking for a particular product or item, enter a few words into the search box on the Tech4You Store home page and it will show you all the matching results and suggestions for your search.

You can also search product by looking into different product Categories.

31. How can I add the product in my cart?

Open the product which you wish to add in the cart, click on the Add to cart Button (mentioned on the product page) to add the product in your cart.

32. How can I view my cart?

To view your cart click on the Cart icon mentioned on the home page.

33. How can I proceed to checkout and place the order?

Step 1- Once you are done adding products in your cart click on the Checkout option mentioned on the home page.

Step 2 – Fill the checkout form (Name, Shipping Address, Phone number, Email ID etc)

Step 3- Select the preferred shipping option available on your zipcode/pincode.

Step 4 – Select the payment option.

Step 5 – Click on the Place order Button.

Step 6 – Make the payment if you selected payment option of Credit Card/Debit Card/NetBanking/Wallets/Mobile payments, UPI

  • Your order will be Placed After successful payment and you will be redirected to order confirmation page saying Order received.

34. How will I know that my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the order receipt of your products once you place the order successfully.

35. How will I get updates of my order status?

You will get an update via emails about the order status at every stage.

36. Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel the order before the order is in shipping process or shipped. You can check the order status in My account > order.

To cancel the order please follow this steps –

Step 1 – sign in to your Tech4You Store account.

Step 2 – Hover the mouse on Track order mentioned on the Home page you will find the option of Cancel Order click on it.

Step 3 – Fill the Cancel Order form and submit.

We will soon contact you to discuss more about your order cancellation and refund.

    • If you have done the payment already don’t worry we will refund your money in 72 hours (3 business days).
    • The order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered to you.
    • If you wish to cancel the order after product is shipped please don’t receive/accept the parcel at the time of delivery. (Don’t open the parcel just reject the parcel at time of delivery).

Your refund for the product order will be processed once we receive the originally ordered product back from the courier.

NOTE

Tech4You Store return policy period is applicable from the delivery date of product. We offer returns policy which allows you to Return/Replace the products which you found damaged or defective or wrong product or not as described in the product page or Missing part or accessories, within the return policy period of the particular product.NOTE

If you have received a product which is damaged / defective / wrong product / product is not as described / Missing Part/accessories you can raise a return request within the applicable returns policy period (of the particular product) by submitting the return/replacement request form. We will soon contact you to understand & get the details about the issue with the product. Once the return/replacement request is accepted by us as per our policy we will refund the full amount in 72hrs (3 Business days) or replace the product once we receive the product from you.

Once we receive your returned product at our store, we will perform a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check we will refund the amount that you paid for the product by Bank Transfer / Cheque / Paytm in within 72hrs (3 Business days) or arrange the replacement of product. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you and return request will be cancelled.

50. What are the Terms and Conditions of the return policy?

Terms and Conditions

  • The product which you want to return should not be used/tampered, the product should be packed in the original packing with all the accessories, and documents like- manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, labels, tags, leaflets, should be intact. (For e.g. Mobile need to be packed in the original mobile box with manuals and all the accessories provided).The courier person will not accept your product if the any item is missing from the box.IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
  • Items with locks/passwords should be unlocked/disabled before returning the product. (Locked items or passwords enabled devices will not be accepted by the courier person.
  • Products sold as sets or combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
  • Free gifts and other offers associated with the products also need to be returned at the same time of returning the product.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability of the product. If in case the replacement Product is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
  • Kindly ensure to remove all the personal information and data before returning the electronics devices. Tech4you Store will not be responsible for any data loss.
  • Refund or Replacement will be processed once we receive the product from you and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
  • Tech4You Store will perform a quality check to examine the complaint of product being faulty/defective/damaged/wrong/missing part or accessories, if the product passes the quality check Tech4You Store will refund the amount or arrange replacement for the product as per customer’s request.
  • If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you and return request will be cancelled.
  • The returns/replacements will be accepted for only those products which are found to be damaged/defective/wrong product/product not as described / missing parts or accessories.
  • Refunds will be initiate via following modes ( NEFT to Bank account/ Cheque / Paytm).
  • Tech4you Store offers a pick-up service in mumbai circle only. Customers outside the mumbai need to ship the product in tamper-proof packaging to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Shipping cost will be credited to customers account in the form of coupons (Max rs150).
  • Customer must provide the courier receipt to us to process reimbursement of shipping costs.

51. How does the Tech4You Store Return and Replacement policy works?

If you have received a product which is damaged / defective / wrong product / product is not as described / missing part or accessories, you can raise a Return/Replacement request within the applicable returns policy period.

How it works –

Step 1 : Customer has to fill the Return/Replacement form to raise the return/replacement request within the applicable returns policy period for the particular product you wish to return.

Step 2 : Tech4You Store executive will soon contact the customer to understand the issue that customer is facing with the product & will take complete details of issue and forward it to the product technician.

Step 3 :  (If Required) Tech4You Store will arrange a quality check call with product technician from Tech4You Store or from the product vendor. Product technician will assist you to troubleshoot the issue over the phone call, please follow the steps suggested by the product technician.

Step 4 : If the issue still remains after the troubleshoot performed by you, Tech4You Store will approve the return request and will process the refund or replacement for the product as mentioned by customer on return/replacement form.

Step 5 : After the confirmation call from the Tech4you Store for pickup customer must ready the product with the original packaging and all the accessories need to be intact.

Step 6 : Tech4You Store will arrange a pickup of the product if the pickup location is in the mumbai circle. (Courier person will check the product before accepting as per our guidelines)

Note

  • If the pickup location is out of mumbai circle customers need to ship the product in tamper-proof packaging on Tech4You Store address (refer contact us page for address).
  • Shipping cost will be credited to customers account in the form of coupons (Max Rs 150)

Step 7 : Once the product will reach us we will perform a quality check to examine the complaint of product being faulty/defective/damaged if the product passes the quality check Tech4You Store will refund the amount or arrange replacement for the product as per customers request.

52. How can i submit the return request?

Return request should be filled within the applicable returns policy period for the particular product you wish to return.

To submit the return request please follow this steps.

Step 2 – Hover the mouse on Track order mentioned on the Home page you will find the option of Return Product click on it.

53. Will Tech4You Store pick up the product I want to return/replace?

Yes currently we are providing free pickup service in Mumbai circle only for the product you wish to return/replace. Customers outside the mumbai need to self-ship the product and we will reimburse the shipping cost in the form of Coupons (Max Rs 150). (Customer must provide the courier receipt to us to process reimbursement of shipping costs).

54. Can i return a product at Tech4You Store?

Yes you can return the product at Tech4You Store. Once your return request is accepted we will inform you to drop the product at Tech4You Store as per your convenient time between 9.00am to 9.00pm.

Note

  • Address of the Tech4You Store is mentioned on the contact us page.
  • Kindly return the product to Tech4You store before return window expiration date.
  • Product must be returned in the originally shipped packing.
  • All the contents of the products should be intact.

55. Why Do I need to self-ship the product to Tech4You Store?

We currently offer pick-up facility in mumbai circle only as per our courier serviceability. Pick-up option is currently not available outside location of the mumbai circle in this case you can self-ship the product to us. Shipping cost will be credited to customers account in the form of coupons (Max Rs150). (Customer must provide the courier receipt to us to process reimbursement of shipping costs). Customers need to ship the product in tamper-proof packaging to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Product should be packed in the original packing with all the accessories, and documents like- manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, labels, tags, leaflets, should be intact. (for e.g. Mobile need to be packed in the original mobile box with manuals and all the accessories provided) gifts should also be packed and returned to us.

56. Terms and Condition for self-ship of returning product.

Customer will need to self –ship the return product via any reliable courier service. Please mention the order number and full address of Tech4you Store on the parcel (Tech4You Store address is mentioned on the contact us page).

We will provide you reimbursement for the shipping cost in the form of Coupons (Max Rs 150) therefore customer needs to share the scan copy or image of courier bill/receipt via email on info@tech4youstore.com

The courier receipt or bill should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing of reimbursement of shipping cost –

  • Weight and package dimensions should be capture on the receipt/bill of the return package.
  • Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned on the courier receipt or bill.
  • The information on the receipt should not be edited/over-written.
  • The courier charges should not be overcharged as compared to the other courier services for the same destination, package dimensions and package weight.
  • This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

57. When do you arrange a Pickup for Returns?

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange pickup at your address (Mumbai Circle only). All the details related to pickup will be sent to your registered email id. Please keep the product ready & packed in the original packing with all the accessories, and documents like- manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, labels, tags, leaflets, should be intact. (For e.g. Mobile need to be packed in the original mobile box with manuals and all the accessories provided) gifts should also be packed and returned to us. Please ensure proper packaging of the product to avoid any damage during transit.

58. What we check before accepting the courier at the time of pick-up or after reaching the product to Tech4You Store?

At the time of pick-up, your product will be checked by the courier person for the following conditions also when product reaches to Tech4You store it will be checked by us for the following conditions:

  • Correct Product – The courier person will check the product and cross check the products details as per our guidelines provided to him/her.
  • Complete Product – All the original parts and accessories (e.g. headphones, chargers, manuals etc.) which are originally provided by the company with the product, free gifts (if any) should also be provided by the customer.
  • Unused Product – The product and other parts/ accessories of the products should be unused & undamaged (without any scratches, dents, tears or holes).
  • Original Packaging – The product should be packed in its original packaging/box.  The packaging/box should be undamaged.
  • Personal Data – Kindly ensure to remove all the personal information and data before returning the electronics devices. Tech4you Store will not be responsible for any data loss.
  • Unlock devices – Items with locks/passwords should be unlocked/disabled before returning the product. (Locked items or passwords enabled devices will not be accepted by the courier person. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
  • Free Gifts/Offers – Free gifts and other offers associated with the products also need to be returned at the same time of returning the product.
  • We may refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.

59. Do I need to pay any shipping charges to courier person at the time of product Pick-up?

No, you don’t need to pay anything to the courier person if the pick-up of the product is arranged by us. (Pick-up service is currently available in the mumbai circle only which is free)

In case your address is out of mumbai circle you need to self-ship the product to us (address will be mentioned on the contact us page. Courier charges will be reimbursed by us in form of coupons (Max Rs 150).The courier charges eligible for reimbursement is up to Rs.150. For availing reimbursement of courier charges, kindly send us courier receipt/bill by email on info@tech4youstore.com

60. Why the pick-up of my product is failed?

We only make one attempt to pick-up your product from your door step for a free of cost. The pick-up date and time will be updated to you via email/SMS. if the product is not picked up successfully due to unavailability of the customer or any other reason we will mark the Pickup request as failed. If the pick-up request is failed for the particular product order customer must self-ship the product to us. (Shipping cost will not be reimbursed if the pick-up is failed for the same order).

61. How will I know that my returned product has reached Tech4You Store?

You will receive an email/SMS from us on the same day we receive the product.

62. Can I return only one product from my order?

Yes you can return a single product from your order which contents multiple products. (e.g. if you have ordered 10 same/different products and 1 or 2 products are defective/damaged among them you can return only those products) and we will process the refund or replacement for those products.

63. Why do I need to return the free gift?

Free gifts and other offers associated with the product are part of the order and need to be returned at the same time of returning the product.

64. Why my product replacement is not possible?

Replacement of the product is not possible which is out of stock. In this case we will initiate refund. We will also update you once the stock is available of the product.

65. How will I get the updates for my return request?

You will be updated by email/SMS on every stage of the Process of return request.

66. What will be the shipping time for the replacement product?

  • All replacement product orders will be sent through standard shipping i.e. 6-8 days’ time to deliver the product. Shipping time will also be depend on the location and courier serviceability.
  • Standard shipping will be used to ship all replacement orders even if the original orders were shipped via other fast shipping options.
  • We will ship the replacement product once we receive the original product from you.

67. Why my return request is declined/cancelled?

Once the returned product will reach us we will perform a quality check to examine the complaint of product being faulty/defective/damaged If the returned product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you and return request will be cancelled. If the product you returned is used, damaged or missing original parts/accessories etc the return request will be cancelled. For more details about the case please call our customer care.

68. How can I cancel my return request?

If you have changed your mind and would like to retain the product and want to cancel the return request, Please call us to cancel your return request. In case the replacement is already dispatched, Please reject the replacement parcel at the time of delivery.

69. When will I receive my replacement product?

Once the replacement request is accepted from us we will initiate replacement of product and dispatch it in 2 working days and shipping details of the new products against the replacement will be provided to you via email/SMS.

If you have not received the replacement product within the promised date, contact us immediately.

70. When will I receive my refund of the product?

Once the returned product will reach us we will perform a quality check to examine the complaint of product being (faulty/defective/damaged/wrong product/Not as described in product page/ Missing part or accessories) if the product passes the quality check. Tech4You Store will refund the amount as requested by you. Refund will be credited in 72 hrs. (3 business days) or customer will receive a cheque via courier in 3 to 5 business days.

Cancellations

71. How can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel the order before the order is in shipping process or shipped. You can check the order status in My account > order.

To cancel the order please follow this steps –

Step 2 – Hover the mouse on Track order mentioned on the Home page you will find the option of Cancel Order click on it.

Step 3 – Fill the Cancel Order form and submit.

Note –

  • If you have done the payment already don’t worry we will refund your money in 72 hours (3 business days).
  • The order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered to you.
  • If you wish to cancel the order after product is shipped please don’t receive/accept the parcel at the time of delivery. (Don’t open the parcel just reject the parcel at time of delivery).

Your refund for the product order will be processed once we receive the originally ordered product back from the courier.

72. How much time it will take to process my cancellation request and when i will get refund?

Once you submit the cancel order form we will take 1-2 business days to cancel the order. Once your order is canceled from our end will refund your money in 72 hrs (business days). You will get an update of your order cancellation & refund information via email/SMS.

If you have rejected the parcel at the time of delivery, your refund will be processed after we receive the cancelled product back from the courier.

(Note – There will be no refund provided if the order/product is purchased using the COD -cash on delivery option).

Note – Please ask our customer care executives to cancel the selected product from your order.

75. Why my order is cancelled by Tech4You Store?

Under some rare situations/conditions, Tech4You Store can also cancel an order these situations/conditions could be –

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Number of products you can order at a time.
  • Fraud/Suspicious on order.
  • Unverified orders (Note – we verify every order).
  • Wrong offers/discounts or incorrect price shown due to technical errors.
  • Fraud/ Suspicious
  • Incomplete Buyer’s address or address Non serviceability.

Note –if your order is cancelled from Tech4You Store You will be notified by email on your registered email address. And refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

You can get your refund from one of the three different modes available-

  1. NEFT bank transfer
  2. Cheque
  3. Paytm

Customers need to select the preferred refund mode at the time of filling the Cancel order form or Return/Replacement request form.

Note –

  • Refund mode is depending on the service availability at the time of transaction. If the refund mode is not serviceable at the time of refund in this situation another mode of refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will not be processed in cash.

78. When can I expect refund for my cancelled order?

To NEFT bank transfer you need to provide the following details:

Note -Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Tech4You Store account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

80. Where I need to submit my bank’s NEFT details?

You can submit your bank details for NEFT transfer at the time of filling the Return/Replacement Form & Cancel order Form. If you have not filled the bank details at the time of filling the above forms you can send us an email mentioning the bank details and order id on info@tech4youstore.com

81. When can I expect reimbursement of my shipping charges & what I need to do for it?

If you have self-shipped the product for return process we will reimburse the shipping cost within 3 working days in the form of coupons (Max Rs 150) once the original product will reach us.

Refund may get declined if the returned product does not pass the quality check (which is not as per your claim of product being defective/damaged/ wrong product/missing part or accessories), we will ship it back to you and return request will be cancelled & the refund request will be declined.

83. Is there an expiry date for coupons which reimbursed against the shipping cost?

No coupon which is reimbursed against the shipping cost doesn’t have an expiry date and you can use it any time during your next purchases.

84. How will I get the updates for my refund?

You will be updated by email/SMS on every stage of the Process of return request.

85. Will my shipping charges be refunded if I self-ship the product?

In case of self-shipment Tech4You Store will reimburse the courier charges in form of coupon (Max Rs 150). Coupon will be sent to the registered email id which can be used for your next purchase.
